MOVE TO PINE BANKS
We will be moving down to Pine Banks on Monday, August 18th. We will be on the grass baseball fields along Sylvan Street for the month of August and move over to the turf field some time in September.

SCRIMMAGES

We will have three scrimmages. Below are the following dates:

Thursday 8/21 vs. Malden, at Pine Banks – all teams A-E -- (turf field), Arrive at 5:30

Tuesday 8/26 vs. Saugus, A, B, C at Saugus High School (NOT at Stackpole Field), and D & E in Melrose at Pine Banks. Arrive at 5:45

Thursday 8/28 vs. Everett Eagles, C, D, & E in Everett at Sacramone Park and A & B in Melrose at Pine Banks, start time: TBA

OFFICIAL WEIGH-IN

The official weigh in will be on the morning Saturday, September 6, 2008. All Melrose FB teams will be taking a bus to a high school in Boston (tba) for the weigh-in. Details of the drop off and pick up location and times will follow shortly. Note that this is a mandatory weigh-in that is required by Pop Warner. Any player that misses the weigh-in will not be allowed to play. Players will be required to take the bus to and from the weigh-in.

WATER
Please be sure to bring your own water to all practices. We will have extra water on hand for any players that may forget; but we’d like all players to bring their own water bottles to avoid sharing of the water bottles as much as possible.
